Initial: includes anthropometric/body composition assessment, dietary analysis, weight loss strategy including sample 5 day diet plan, recipes, shopping lists, exercise tips, nutrition facts panel label reading, etc.
Follow-up: includes anthropometric/body composition assessment, dietary analysis, discussion of any barriers to weight loss or physical activity, answering questions or addressing concerns clients might have, making any necessary referrals (i.e. athletic trainer, physical therapist), etc.
Anthropometric/Body Composition Assessment includes: Measurements of height, weight, BMI, bust, waist, hips, arms, thighs; % body fat; % body water and % muscle mass.
